What to Do When You’re Stressed Out

Stress can hit hard.

Fast.

Sneak up on you like a storm you didn’t ask for.

And sometimes stress care of nj the best thing you can do

is something simple,

something you can carry anywhere,

no phone,

no help

except you.

That means when stress starts playing that same old sound,

It takes practice.

It takes repetition.

It takes consistency.

But if you keep doing it,

something changes.

One day

you realize

you don’t have to stay stuck in the stress.

One day

you realize

you can shut it off faster.

One day

you realize

peace is something you can reach

with your own breath,

your own copyright,

your own will.

And the best part?

You don’t need anything special.

No speaker.

No screen.

No noise.

Just you.

Just your breath.

Just your choice.
